We were lucky enough to have the team at La Lumiere take some amazing photos of our bakes in their wonderful photography studio. They definitely captured our good side!

Their wonderful studio is located in the centre of the historic town of Beverley, in East Yorkshire.
Copper Top Coffee
We take our coffee very seriously here at Red Kite Bakery.
Firstly, it keeps us going through all the long hours of baking. And secondly and more importantly, it flavours some of our most loved bakes.
So when we started on our search for the best coffee available in LS25, it didn't take us long to realise that there was only one place to go - Copper Top Coffee.
Their coffee features in our Coffee & Walnut Mini Loaf Cake, and our Coffee Meringue Kisses.
Keep an eye out for Penelope - the little van can be found come rain or shine outside the Red Lion in Hambleton.
South Milford Honey
Finding a supply of fresh, local honey was very important to us.
We use honey in so many of our bakes, and the flavour profile can make such a difference to the taste of our cakes.
We are very proud to say that all the honey we use comes from South Milford Honey.
The honey produced by Julie's bees is delicate, floral and delicious. Just what we were looking for!
She is wonderfully passionate about her bees and the work she does is truly inspirational.
We will be first in line for the fresh batch next spring!
